Energy Grid Enhancements

The U.S. Department of Energy has granted North Carolina $18.5 million to enhance our state's electric grid against natural disasters, a much needed improvement! The NC Department of Environmental Quality will use this grant to install more modern technology and improve reliability and resilience in communities that need it most.
